The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach and with stunning views of the mountains. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. Additionally, we loved the fact that there were dogs on the property, they were so cute and well-behaved.
The room we had was not great. The carpet was old and stained, and there was no window, only a door that opened onto a not-so-nice area. The bathroom also only had a bath and no shower, which was a bit inconvenient. However, we were able to make use of the staff's fridge which was a plus.

The location of the hotel is noteworthy. Guests can access the beach easily, and it offers a great view of the city and the towering mountains. Some of the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Visitors can walk up to the penthouse and enjoy better accommodations.
Housekeeping is awful and unacceptable.

The views from the rooms were breathtaking, with the sea just across the road and a stunning view of Table Mountain visible from upstairs. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfasts were a real treat.
The noise level in the rooms was a big problem for me. I could hear every step from the guests staying upstairs, which made it difficult to sleep, and there were some weird noises coming from the bathroom that kept me up at night.

Friendly staff, great location, amazing view, and complimentary breakfast. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is ideal as it's close to the beach and provides a fine view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful treat and it was delicious.
Nothing to complain about at all.
